God has invited us into His Kingdom work of the restoration of all things!

O God, Who wonderfully created, and yet more wonderfully restored, the dignity of human nature: grant that we may share the Divine Life of Him Who humbled Himself to share our humanity, Your Son Jesus Christ; Who lives and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Preface of the Epiphany, Book of Common Prayer

In 2017, Rev Deacon Paula Ladefoged and her husband Joel sensed the call of God to bring His love  to the San Luis Valley.  For two years they prayed the words of Isaiah 43, knowing that God intended to do a new thing in this beautiful desert valley.  They prayed that God would make the place of His calling clear and that He would bring together thirsty people who long to proclaim His praise.

After two years, clear!  So in July of 2021 they packed up everything and moved to Monte Vista with the prayer of planting an Anglican Church.  They have been sent as Missioners by sister churches in Colorado Springs -- International Anglican Church and Holy Trinity Anglican Church.

Restoration Anglican Mission is now worshipping every Sunday at 3:00.   We worship through music and prayer, through spoken liturgy, through the study of God's Word, and through the celebration of the Eucharist (Communion) at His table. And because community is so important to us, we then stay and share a meal together.

Please join us at First Presbyterian’s building on 705 2nd Avenue.

See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. ...to give drink to My people, my chosen, the people I formed for Myself that they may proclaim My praise.

(Isaiah 43:19-21)
